hand written parking tickets, no meters. Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.

Parking attendant on the street issuing parking fees tickets.

If you are new in Sabah, don’t look for parking meters on the streets! We have people writing the tickets. And if it rains, plastic jackets are used to keep the tickets dry. 😀

Shot on my cellphone and processed for a stormy weather feel.

Kota Kinabalu is in the flight path from the airport which is about 9 km away. A plane flies over the city every 15 minutes or so. All buildings in the city area are restricted to 12 storeys tall. {View on Fluidr}
