Singer, song writer, time out for St Patrick’s Day party. I have not seen her for years, probably because I have not been out much, or anywhere! I told her I enjoyed watching her and the band “Final Fling” at the Flying Club. She said that was 18 years ago. That long ago? She asked if I listen to the radio? Well, nope. And I missed my chance to congratulate her for an extraordinary success on the hits chart.
Angelina released a new song for her children on Mother’s Day. It is a duet sung with her daughter Estee. It went straight to #1 on the local hits chart, and stayed there for nine weeks. “Butterfly Baby”. What an achievement, and congratulations!

Happy people at the event, mostly having fun. And just sitting at the bar, there were plenty of subjects to take photos of. She looks gorgeous in her dress, black with green floral prints. I hope she wins the local pageant.
Part of a lively trio, The New Sensation, at the cafe. I like their jazz segment. A change of band every three months or so.. I have missed many changes, but glad to catch this trio.
I have not met many travellers from Ireland. So, when one turned up, I thought we should share a stout. Cheers to J & S. Darn! I forgot to ask what the Swedes drink.
The local authority claimed 3.7 million tourists arrived in Sabah in 2011, including domestic ones. That is a huge number. They are probably right. During the day, a plane flies over the city every 15 minutes. It is also nice to see many young travellers coming to this part of the planet. I wish I could travel to their part of the planet, too.
